I'm a former Queensland Police Service Officer who decided to go all in on coaching men after a near decade long frontline policing career.
I know exactly what it’s like to pour everything into your work or business and still feel like something is missing. A few years ago, I was in the trenches—working nonstop, chasing bigger goals, and telling myself I’d "get back on track" with my health when things settled down. But they never did. I lost my muscles, gained a heap of body fat and felt terrible in body and mind.
I was exhausted, short-fused, and my energy crashed when I needed it most. My body wasn’t where I wanted it to be, but worse—my mind was clouded. The business was growing, but I wasn’t. My relationships weren’t as strong as they should have been, and I knew deep down that something had to change.
That’s when I made the decision: If I was going to lead, I had to lead from the front. No more excuses, no more waiting for the perfect time. I built a system that allowed me to take control of my fitness, sharpen my mindset, and show up fully—not just in my work/business, but for my family, my team, and myself.
Now, I coach other men who are where I was. Driven, ambitious, and successful on paper, but feeling stuck in their own body and mind. I help them take back control—without burning out, without wasting time on guesswork, and without sacrificing their work/business in the process.
Because when you operate at your best, everything rises with you. More energy, more clarity, better leadership, stronger relationships. That’s what I help my clients achieve, and that’s why I am building the CXO Movement—to give men the tools, structure, and accountability they need to win.
